Mentoring is offered exclusively online in a group setting, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where participants can learn together, share experiences, and grow with confidence.

Our mentoring program is delivered through virtual group sessions led by experienced facilitators and guest speakers. Each session focuses on topics that empower participants with real-world knowledge, skills, and encouragement.

Mentoring sessions may include:

Mentoring Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive environment, all mentoring participants, mentors, and speakers must adhere to the following standards:

  • Treat all participants with dignity, respect, and courtesy
  • Maintain confidentiality of shared information
  • Use appropriate language and behavior at all times
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct
  • Follow session guidelines and facilitator instructions
  • Participate only in group-based mentoring formats
  • Report concerns or violations to Foundation leadership

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in removal from mentoring sessions or programs.
